The children have continued to enjoy helping Sonia in the garden this week, preparing flower beds and vegetable patches for planting. We have also been checking up on seeds we have preciously planted in the green house. Our friends love to take on little jobs, supporting the adult for example digging and watering.
The Green key group have been busy planting sunflower seeds, so we look forward to seeing how tall they grow. Updates to follow.
In the playground and up in the grassy meadow area in the garden, children have enjoyed balancing on the balancing beams. Children manoeuvred the stepping stones around, creating different routes and courses, challenging themselves.
This afternoon children enjoyed a spontaneous body painting activity with Charley. Our friends enjoyed getting nice and messy, creating marks by painting hands and feet.
