Some of our friends have been keen to help look after our resident African land snail Turbo this week. Children were shown how to hold Turbo correctly, and enjoyed spraying him with the water spray to keep him cool. Our friends took regular trips to his tank to give him vegetables to eat, his favourite is cucumber!
Our craft tray has been set up with a couple of activities this week. Firstly children have been investigating play dough. Our friends used different tools such as cutters and rolling pins to explore the squidgy textures. At the end of the week we have been looking at shaving foam. Children have loved getting messy in the foamy texture.
